CHINESE SPEAKING MALE CLIENT

Requires CHINESE (Cantonese OR Mandarin) speaking Carer to start ASAP

MONDAY to FRIDAY – Sleep Overs – ideally 7.00pm to 7am (however may vary)

Carers and Companions is a boutique agency where we provide in-home personal care for Clients so they can live independently with a little help from us.

We have a vacancy for a CHINESE (Cantonese or Mandarin) fluent speaking Carer to provide companion services then sleep over care for our Client in Chatswood, to commence IMMEDIATELY. Our Client would benefit from having a companion that can speak Chinese with him.

Carers Duties:

• In the evening offer social interaction and companionship. Prepare him for bed. Sleep over – assist with toileting (1 to 2 times only).

Carer’s requirements:

• MUST SPEAK CHINESE (Fluent Cantonese OR Mandarin)
• Experience preferred in Aged Care
• Cert III in Aged Care/Cert lll in Individual Support in Aged Care OR similar
• Worked with Dementia Clients
• A current Police check (less than 6 months old) or willing to obtain a current one
• Good level of English is essential
• Current First Aid Certificate preferred
