How We Work

Careful assessment

We listen to our clients and we offer a free consultation to discuss your needs and wishes.

If you live in the Sydney metro area, Southern Highlands or the Central Coast, we would like to come and visit you.

These meetings enable us to get the right balance between our client, the family, our carers and the agency.

Keeping in touch

We want our service to be the best we can provide.

We take a personal interest in you and your carer, visiting the homes of our clients each month to keep up to date. This means we can respond quickly to any changes and developments.

A daily diary is kept at the house and can be viewed by family at any time. The Carer will document daily activities, outings, meals, and demeanour etc.

Agency fees

Carers and Companions act as the employer and we retain the carers on our payroll.

The agency pays all wages, taxation, superannuation, insurances, payroll costs, workers compensation etc. and invoice clients weekly.

This ensures that neither you nor your family are at risk from “cash” or “work in return for accommodation” situations where carers may be deemed by law to be financially dependent on you and have a legal right to make a claim on your estate.

Do you have to sign a contract?

You will be asked to sign a service agreement confirming the services to be delivered. This agreement can be terminated at any time.

In fact, we encourage you to trial our services.
